Instructions for submitting articles during CiKi2021
During the event we will have three presentation times with six simultaneous virtual rooms. Due to the large amount of articles received, we will wait until November 15th to indicate the virtual rooms for the presentation of each article, according to the themes.
The presentations will be online (live) and transmitted to subscribers through the StudioK platform, which is part of the congress. Authors will enter a room in the Zoom system (the room address will be informed in advance).
For the presentation, the author must enter the indicated virtual room. The recommendation is that authors enter 10 minutes in advance and must have the presentation files on their equipment. Each room will have a Coordinator and a Secretary.
All articles must be submitted in order to receive certificates. The time for each presentation will be 10 minutes, and the questions will be answered in blocks of 3 or 4 articles.
To prepare the presentation, we have a template that is available for download below. The use of the template is not mandatory, you can assemble your presentation in free format with the recommendation to insert the event’s logo and start with Article Name and Authors.
